The Disappearances of These Lost Stars Has Never Been Fully Exposed

It's a tragic reality that hundreds of individuals disappear every year, and sometimes no one notices. A disappearance of a famous person, however, is something that gets everyone's attention. In some cases, the missing person is found alive; in others, they have met a tragic end; in other cases, it turns out that they were never gone. Still, there are very unusual incidents of lost celebrities.

How about foul play? How long have they kept up the guise of their new name? Were they unable to handle the fame's rigors? While many people are willing to provide their best guesses, the truth is that the answers have been lost to time in many cases.

Richey Edwards

Manic Street Preachers guitarist and singer Richey Edwards was known for his willingness to take extreme measures to demonstrate his authenticity.

In 1991, when asked whether his gloomy demeanor was genuine in an interview, he pulled out a razor and cut "4 REAL" into his bicep on the spot.

Before his disappearance in 1995 became unexplained, many people assumed he was doing another PR stunt. His loved ones insisted that suicide was "never an option for him," but the fact that his automobile was discovered on a bridge frequented by suicide jumpers pointed in that direction.

Harold Holt

Australia's 17th prime minister, Harold Holt, vanished in December 1967. Given that he went swimming on a day when the surf was exceptionally severe, at a time when the beach was otherwise vacant, it's possible that he drowned, and his corpse was never discovered.

Nevertheless, Occam's Razor did not prevent people from believing in outlandish conspiracy ideas.

Some believe the CIA got rid of him because he wanted Australia out of Vietnam, while others say he was a Chinese agent who pretended to die so he could return to China. Australia, ironically enough, dedicated a new swimming facility to his honor. Ouch.

Connie Converse

Connie Converse was a musician who struggled to make a name for herself in the 1950s. She is often regarded as the first authentic singer-songwriter in history.
In 1961, she gave up music out of a sense of futility and began living a more sedate lifestyle.
She packed her vehicle in 1974, telling her friends she was starting a new life, and then vanished, never to be seen or heard from again.

Fan Bingbing

After her portrayal in X-Men: Days of Future Past, Fan Bingbing became one of China's most famous actresses and the country's first to achieve worldwide acclaim.

The Chinese authorities, however, found out that she had been evading taxes, and she vanished on July 1, 2018. For such offenses, the Chinese government has been known to "disappear" artists; artist Ai Weiwei disappeared for three months.

In October, she issued an apologetic message over social media but was not seen. Is she still being held, and when will she be released?

Rico Harris

In 2000, Harlem Globetrotters member Rico Harris was a talented basketball player. The effects of drunkenness gradually deteriorated his life. The lowest point of his life was when he was dismissed from his job as a security guard in Los Angeles for showing up drunk.

He loaded up the vehicle and drove from his mom's to his girlfriend's in Seattle. His abandoned car was discovered outside Sacramento, with all his belongings still inside.

People reported seeing a tall guy walking along the side of the roadway many days later, and human footprints fitting his approximate size were discovered, but then the sightings ceased. His mysterious disappearance has left many wondering whether he was picked up as a hitchhiker.

Antoine de Saint-Exupery

Antoine de Saint-Exupery, the author of one of the world's most beloved children's stories, Le Petit Prince, was also a daredevil pilot who enjoyed attempting dangerous maneuvers.

He eventually joined World War II to serve his country of birth, France. To the detriment of several of the other air pilots who were paired with him on missions, he continued to do so despite his elderly age.

The error he made on July 31, 1944, the most expensive of many, solidified his reputation as a liability and ended his flying career. His jet went down in flames as he took out for a mission over the Mediterranean, and it wasn't discovered until 2000. His remains were never found.

Jim Thompson

Jim Thompson, a Thai-American merchant, is credited for popularizing Thai silk worldwide. After serving in the OSS (the precursor to the CIA) for a while, he relocated to Thailand, where he launched one of the most profitable businesses, eventually becoming a wealthy socialite by 1967.

In the same year, he embarked on a bicycle tour across Malaysia. His departure was final and irrevocable. It's possible that anything at all happened to him: Other Bangkok merchants, the Thai government, an Asian anti-CIA party, or even the CIA themselves might have been responsible for his death.

Even still, given his survival experience, it's doubtful that he perished while out there alone. His disappearance raises suspicions, but no one knows exactly what transpired. The top photo is of his massive mansion, which is now a museum in Thailand.

John Bingham, 17th Earl of Lucan

Murdering someone in the dark is risky since it's impossible to see whether they're the intended victim. Lord Lucan (briefly considered for the part of James Bond) bludgeoned his wife to death in a dark room in 1974 after becoming tired of fighting with her over custody of their three children, spying on them, and recording their phone calls. He spared the life of Sandra Rivett, the adored nanny of his children, because he wanted to eliminate his children's only link to their mother. Whoops.

The murder caused him to disappear, and he was never located. Some claim he leaped into a river, some believe he vanished into the African bush, and others allege his buddies gave his remains to tigers at a private zoo. This man, though, undoubtedly received the end he deserved.

Amelia Earhart

One of the best pilots of her day, Amelia Earhart, vanished in 1937 while attempting to become the first woman to fly nonstop around the globe. For years, everyone assumed that she had vanished. But there's more to the tale than that! When her jet ran out of fuel and crashed on a remote Pacific island, navy ships received her radio signals for days.

U.S. Navy jets flew over the island days after the messages ended, assuming she had been transported out to sea in her plane. They didn't see any aircraft or passengers, so they took the reliable reports that were made up. Nobody was ever dispatched to the bottom of the island to double-check.

Recent archaeological findings suggest she may have spent months on the island. It's possible that a corpse was never discovered since coconut crabs, which are enormous critters known to consume entire animals and carry off the bones, frequent the island.

Glenn Miller

Glenn Miller, a famous musician, enlisted in the Army during World War Two despite being long over the age at which he would have been drafted. Like many other young men of his generation, he joined a band that performed for the military to raise morale.

Miller was en route to France for one of these shows in December 1944 when his jet vanished over the English Channel.

New evidence suggests that the gasoline intake froze, causing the jet's engine to cease operating and the plane to drop into the ocean, dispelling the long-held idea that Allied bombers accidentally attacked him.

Dorothy Arnold

There was no more considerable controversy in 1910 New York City than the whereabouts of Dorothy Arnold. The affluent socialite and would-be author, at 25 years old, lied to her mother about going shopping for a new evening gown. She was walking in Central Park when she came with a buddy she'd informed she was heading there. After that, no one heard from her again.

She failed to show up for a lunch date with her mom, and rather than call the police, her family hired private eyes to find her. Months had passed before they finally contacted the police, and there was no lead then.

Her disappearance is still one of the most puzzling cases in the nation. Those who saw her that day said she was in good spirits, making it implausible that she committed herself because of a rejected manuscript or a tragic abortion. Some thought her 40-year-old lover, George C. Griscom Jr., was responsible for her death, although he was actually in Italy.

Bison Dele

Former NBA player Brian Williams, known for his eccentricity, changed his identity to Bison Dele and became a wealthy nomad, traveling around Asia and visiting the deserts of Lebanon only to shoot bazookas for pleasure.

He announced in 2007 that he would sail from Tahiti to Hawaii with a captain, his fiancée, and his brother on a yacht he had purchased and called Hakuna Matata. Unfortunately, the ship never made it to Hawaii, and only Dele's brother, Miles Dabord, was ever seen or heard from again. Two months later, he was arrested in Phoenix for using one of his brother's cheques to acquire gold.

It's not hard to piece together what occurred, but the killings were never officially proven since Dabord accidentally overdosed on insulin while out on bail.

Joe Pichler

Actor Joe Pichler, who was prominent in the Beethoven films, Varsity Blues, and other works, may have gone on to a successful career in the industry. After his early career ended, he decided to focus on his education. His disappearance occurred just after he had his braces out and was making plans to return to Los Angeles and resume his acting career.

In 2006, he and his pals had just ended a night of card playing. He was reportedly in high spirits that evening but contacted a buddy at 4 a.m. and was "inconsolable," the acquaintance claimed. When asked by his buddy when he would call back, Pichler said one hour.

His automobile was discovered at a crossroads near a bridge, and his suicide note, in which he laments his failure to be a "stronger brother" and leaves his whole estate to his sibling, was discovered in his apartment. Evidence suggested he committed himself by jumping from a building, but his corpse was never located. His loved ones were certain he would never take his own life, so they assumed something sinister had happened.

Jean Spangler

Actress Jean Spangler was on the cusp of fame in the 1940s. In 1949, she informed her sister-in-law she would see her ex-husband and then go to a late-night film shoot. They never saw her again. Her mutilated purse was discovered in a park a while later. There was a letter on the inside that said:

No longer able to hold out. I am planning to see Dr. Scott. While mom is gone, this plan will be most effective.

Famous actor Kirk Douglas phoned the police to clarify that it wasn't him, but Spangler had been in his previous picture, and Kirk isn't all that common a name. Plus, phoning the police is a bit suspicious, especially to convince them they shouldn't suspect you. The message was meant for a confident Kirk.

Later, Spangler's companion would explain that the pregnant teen was on her way to have an abortion, a procedure that was both illegal and often dangerous. Nobody knows what happened to her; maybe she perished trying to get there, or perhaps something else occurred to her on the way.

Sean Flynn

For a long time, Sean Flynn was overshadowed by his famous actor father, Errol Flynn. He dabbled in acting, but his films often bombed at the box office. Not in the film industry, but he finally received his big break in the Vietnam War.

He enlisted as a photographer and was sent to Vietnam, where his haunting images of the conflict stoked the flames of anti-war protests.

Everything changed, however, on April 6, 1970. He and photographer Dana Stone disappeared after going to photograph a Viet Cong roadblock. It's sad yet not hard to guess what became of them.

Jim Sullivan

She may have taken her own life or been killed by someone else, or she could have been wildly successful in her new beginning and lived to see herself recognized for it.

Jim Sullivan was a folk-rock legend of the '60s and '70s who mysteriously vanished a few days before his big break. If he had ever made it to Nashville, Tennessee, he would have gotten his big break there; he had the skill, the connections, and the perfect opportunity.

Near Santa Rosa, New Mexico, his automobile was discovered abandoned. His guitar and other items were located at a nearby hotel after his disappearance, but he was nowhere to be seen. Some believe he just decided to vanish, but his pals insist he would never abandon his instrument.

Michael Rockefeller

Nelson Rockefeller was governor of New York and vice president under Gerald Ford, but it was his son who met with a strange end. When Michael Rockefeller went missing while in New Guinea, his boat was located 12 miles from the nearest settlement. His death was officially considered drowning due to the absence of evidence suggesting otherwise.

Carl Hoffman wrote a book about the native tribes of Asmat in 2014 titled Savage Harvest: A Tale of Cannibals, Colonialism, and Michael Rockefeller's Tragic Quest for Primitive Art. He claims to have immersed himself in their culture, characterized by tribal warfare and ritualized cannibalism.

As was widely speculated at the time, this book contains confessions from those who participated in the murder and subsequent consumption of Rockefeller. However, as no concrete evidence has surfaced, the case is still considered "unsolved."

Ylenia Maria Sole Carrisi

As the daughter of two famous Italian actors, Ylenia Maria Sole Carrisi portrayed Vanna White on Italy's Wheel of Fortune in the early 1990s. In 1994, while on a gap year tour across Central America, Carrisi disappeared in New Orleans.

Someone who matched her description jumped into the Mississippi River and yelled, "I belong in the water!" before swimming about and being swept under by the undertow of a ship, according to a security guard who was questioned about the case.

However, at this moment, it is hard to confirm that this was her. Twenty years have passed in the search for Carrisi, but her mother and the detective she hired refuse to give up hope that she is still alive.

Daniel Lind Lagerlöf

Swedish filmmaking triumvirate Daniel Lind Lagerlöf also produces and writes scripts. In October 2011, Lagerlöf went location hunting for Fjällbackamorden - Strandriddaren, directed by Camilla Läckberg.

Outside Tanumshede in Bohuslän, he was at the nature reserve of Tjurpannan, located near some cliffs.

Rumor has it that Lagerlöf was swept off his feet by a crashing wave as he explored the coastline. Slippery rocks meant that Lagerlöf probably couldn't recover his footing and was

He was washed out to sea. No one else was around to testify. It is assumed he has passed away.

Scott Smith

The Canadian rock band Loverboy rose to prominence in the early 1980s with the release of radio staples like "Hot Girls in Love" and "Working for the Weekend," both of which remain popular and often played today.

A founding member, Scott Smith, remained with the band until his mysterious disappearance at sea on November 30, 2000.

"Sweet Jimmy" Robinson

On February 7, 1961, at Miami Beach, Jimmy Robinson faced Muhammad Ali. Reporters exhausted all leads to learning what became of one of the fortunate persons who crossed paths with the great one.

There was no way to pin him down to a particular era or location since he lacked any identifying information.

In all practicality, it was as if he had never been.

Oscar Zeta Acosta

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas's Benicio Del Toro Oscar Zeta Acosta was a lawyer and community organizer of Mexican descent in Las Vegas. Acosta, who was 39 at the time of his disappearance in 1974 while traveling across Mexico, had wildlife similar to that depicted in the cult movie.

Zahir Raihan

Zahir Raihan, active in the fields of literature, cinema, and politics in Bangladesh throughout the 1960s and 1970s, was widely regarded as the country's most famous cultural export.

Most people are familiar with his 1971 short documentary Stop Genocide, which exposed "the massacres and atrocities committed out by the Pakistan Army on the inhabitants of erstwhile East Pakistan."

After his brother Shahidullah Kaiser was caught and executed by the Pakistani army the following year, Raihan vanished while looking for him. It is alleged that soldiers of the Pakistani military ambushed and murdered Zahir Raihan.

Weldon Kees

Some of his contemporaries in the early 1950s regarded Weldon Kees as the best American poet on the rise. But he vanished before he could become famous.

It was in July of 1952 when Kees' automobile was discovered abandoned close to the Golden Gate Bridge.

A corpse was never located, although it was widely believed that he had committed himself by jumping. Others, however, argue that Kees.

Ambrose Bierce

In the latter part of the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, American author Ambrose Bierce was widely regarded as one of the country's finest short story writers. The Devil's Dictionary, written by a soldier of the American Civil War, was selected as one of "The 100 Greatest Masterpieces of American Literature."

The 71-year-old disappeared in the American southwest sometime in 1914 after participating in a tour of Civil War sites.

No evidence supports either of the two popular hypotheses—that he got caught up in the Mexican Revolution or committed himself to the Grand Canyon region.

Hale Boggs

For a time in the late 1960s and early 1970s, Hale was among the most well-known Democrats in the country. The Louisiana lawmaker led the House of Representatives and participated in the Warren Commission's probe into JFK's assassination.

In 1972 Boggs and Alaska congressman Nick Begich was on a fundraising trip in Alaska when their twin-engine airplane disappeared while flying from Anchorage to Juneau.

Conspiracy theorists claim Boggs was murdered due to his outspoken criticism of the "lone shooter" explanation for Kennedy's assassination, although the wreckage has never been located.

Jimmy Hoffa

Jimmy Hoffa, a prominent union leader, vanished without a trace in what is perhaps the country's most infamous missing person case. The veteran leader of the Teamsters union had widespread respect from his fellow workers despite his extensive connections to the criminal underworld.

Fresh out of jail in 1975, Hoffa made plans to meet with two Detroit mafia bosses on his way to regaining control of the Teamsters union.

Hoffa had been observed recently at a restaurant parking lot, where he was presumably waiting for two males. Hoffa's exact fate has been extensively contested for decades, with the most famous rumor being that he was buried in the end zone of Giants Stadium.

Theodosia Burr Alston

Musical theater fans will recognize the name "Dear Theodosia" from the number sung by Alexander Hamilton and Aaron Burr to their newborn daughters in the smash hit Hamilton. It is revealed that Hamilton's son Philip is killed in a fight, but few people realize that Burr's daughter Theodosia also met an untimely end.

Defamation ensued when Hamilton allegedly propagated accusations that she had an incestuous connection with her father (part of the reason for the infamous duel). The fact that she aided her father in his attempt at a Western secession and then left the nation when he was convicted for treason reflected poorly on her reputation. In 1813, after her son's death, she left the Georgetown harbor in a small boat and was never seen again.

There are rumors that she went away with pirates or eloped with a Native American. A more plausible explanation is that the strong waves caused her boat to capsize.

Barbara Newhall Follett

During the Jazz Age, Barbara Newhall Follett was somewhat of a prodigy as a writer. At the tender age of thirteen, she had a book published, which received rave reviews. Without her father's interference, she would have become the next great American writer.

He abandoned her and her mother in favor of a younger lady. At 16, she went to work as a typewriter, and from then on, she never produced any written work.

Follett had a quarrel with her husband, left home, and vanished in 1939, following ten years of this. He did not exert much effort in his search for her, and the police and media were not informed until 1966. She may have perished, but she may also have vanished with remarkable ease. Perhaps we're already familiar with her in some previous guise.

D.B. Cooper

The most famous individual to have ever vanished in American history may have never lived. A man calling himself D.B. Cooper hijacked a Boeing 727 flying between Portland and Seattle on November 24, 1971.

After he had the jet stop at Seattle-Tacoma airport to collect $200,000 in ransom and four parachutes, the purported Cooper leaped from the plane over southern Washington, never to be seen again.

Over 40 years and hundreds of speculations later, no one has found D.B. Cooper or determined his true identity.

Gary Busey - Head Injury

Having acted in more than 150 movies, Gary Busey is a noted actor from Hollywood. Back in the late eighties, he was  in a horrible motorcycle accident that fractured his skull badly. It was the result of a cocaine overdose which he later confessed. Though the surgery was successful, later in his life, his weird acts and words made doctors believe that the accident had far-reaching effects. He was part of Celebrity rehab when all this were revealed. Hope the rehabilitation center has got him clean and sober now.

Nichelle Nichols - Dementia

Nichelle Nichols, born in 1932, is an American actress and singer. Nichols is mostly known for playing communications officer Lieutenant Uhura aboard the USS Enterprise in the ‘Star Trek’ television series between 1966–1969. Nichols's role was groundbreaking as one of the first African American female characters on American television not portrayed as a servant. Today, according to medical documents the star was diagnosed with “moderate progressive dementia” and was described as having "major impairment of her short-term memory and moderate impairment of understanding abstract concepts, sense of time, place and immediate recall." That is quite common for 85-year-old’s, but we still hope that she will get to live the last years of her life with lesser suffering as possible.

Mel Gibson - Alcohol Abuse

Well-known actor and director Mel Gibson struggled with alcoholism for a long time. Once touted by People Magazine as the "Hotest Man Alive", Mel has certainly lost his charms with his sunken eyes and wrinkles etched on his face. With a growing concern for his health, Mel finally joined Alcoholics Anonymous. He confesses openly that without their help, he wouldn't have made it. Now, he is a man on a mission, trying to re-establish himself in the movie industry and restore his fallen glory. We do hope it turns out to be good for his bank account, too.

Pamela Anderson - Drug Addiction

Once the idol of every woman and the dream girl of every man, Pamela has aged towards a direction none of her fans expected. The once stunning beauty of Baywatch fame aged faster due to her long struggle with drug addiction. Unlike many stars who have kept their addictions a secret, Pamela has been quite candid with her addiction, and expresses openly how she wants to get better. She also been open about seeking professional help from drug rehab centers. As long as she has enough in her bank accounts, she can always find out ways to make herself look younger.

Lindsay Lohan - Addiction To Drugs and Alcohol

Known for her performances in The Parent Trap, Freaky Friday, Just My Luck, and Mean Girls, Lindsay Lohan could have achieved great heights in her career, but she chose drugs and alcohol instead. The Mean Girls star's downfall may be stemmed from too much fame and money, resulting to recklessness. We do applaud her for having decided to seek help from drug and alcohol rehab centers. But the controversies do not end there as she has also been arrested for multiple DUI charges. Recently Lohan has said to have found peace in Dubai where she moved to after leaving Hollywood and her old life behind. We hope that her move outside the U.S. will give her the space she needs to become happy again.

John Travolta - Weight Gain

Star of several movies including Grease, John Travolta has gained weight and in all the wrong places. The extra pounds make him look old and unfit, and if we could, we'd surely recommend a strict fitness regimen and a weight loss diet very soon. If he prefers weight loss surgeries, we're sure he can easily afford them, what with a net worth of $160 million in his bank account. Whether he chooses the natural way or surgeries, we do hope it will help John age a bit better.

Kim Novak - Botox Gone Wrong

Best known for acting in Hitchcock's Vertigo, Kim Novak took retirement when her career was looking great. At present, she is a visual artist and 4seems to live quite a private life. In 2014, she was spotted out and about, and to the surprise of many, she was hardly recognisable. Whether it was the effect of her Botox treatment or a face lift surgery gone wrong, we can't tell. It was her confession later that cleared the clouds. She admitted that Botox treatment had made her face stiff. The former Hollywood beauty has sadly changed a lot!

Haley Joel Osment - Alcoholism

Remember the child actor from the movie The Sixth Sense?  Well, that adorable little tyke whose character could see dead people was Haley Joel Osment. Early fame and lots of money in his bank account might not have worked well in his favor. His struggle with alcoholism started quite a few years back. Despite getting work in Hollywood, his career didn't take off as much as it did when he was still a child. His weight gain may have been the side effect of his struggle with alcoholism, and his appearance altered radically. We hear that he has joined Alcoholics Anonymous and is doing a lot better these days.

Keith Richards - Extreme Drug Abuse

Keith Richards, the legendary guitarist of The Rolling Stones, is now 74, and aging has clearly not treated him kindly. His addiction to drugs started back in the 1960s and 70s at the height of The Rolling Stones's success. He and Mick Jagger  were even arrested due to possession of drugs. Despite this, many more similar incidents related to drugs followed. After an accident in Fiji, he had to undergo cranial surgery. Years of drug abuse has left its mark on his face.

Prince William - Baldness

The second-in-line to the throne of England, Prince William has the same smile as Princess Diana's. William was touted as the most eligible bachelor for years. But, it seems, along with his mother's good looks, he has also inherited his father, Prince Charles' lack of hair. William is only 35 now yet he has already gone bald. The face that won hearts across the globe has also, sadly enough, aged and has lost the charm that he had in his twenties. It is sad to see the prince getting old so quickly. However, whatever the prince lacks in terms of looks, his beautiful family, consisting of his wife Kate and children George and Charlotte, makes it up.

Slash - Weight Issues

Slash is a British guitarist who is also a former member of Guns N' Roses. Though he is not part of the group anymore, his solo career has taken off, and he is doing well enough to pay for the huge hospital bills incurred due to his heart surgery in early 2000s. The surgery had to be performed because of his years of drug and alcohol abuse. Though he is well and good now, he has definitely put on weight and is hard to recognize. Thankfully, he managed to overcome his drug addiction and has been clean for many years. In fact, his health allowed him to have a get together with Guns 'N Roses in 2016!

Kevin Federline - Weight Gain

Sometimes, people look more aged than their actual ages when they gain weight. With a sizable bulge around the middle, a double chin, and a bloated face, you can't look good. TV personality, rapper, and DJ Kevin Federline, who is also the ex-husband of Britney Spears, has recently gained a few extra pounds. Perhaps, he packed on several pounds due the emotional stress of his divorce with Britney Spears, though we can't be too sure. We hope he gets back to his healthy routine with a good diet and fitness regime.

Donatella Versace - Cocaine, Emotional Stress, And Botox

Donatella Versace took charge of the Versace empire when her brother Gianni died in 1997. Her love for cocaine is well-known. Though she had already managed to stay clean for a while, but her brother's murder triggered a relapse. Not long after, she had a breakdown which forced her to get help from a rehab center, a luxury she could easily afford with her incredible wealth. Though she got better and sober, the effect of years of drug usage took a toll on her health, not to mention, her face. On top of Botox treatment, shadows of her previous addiction can be glimpsed on her face. Though she is a fashion icon, no doubt, she has not aged well.

Brigitte Bardot - Cancer Treatment

Famous Italian actress Brigitte Bardot was one of the most beautiful actresses from the golden age of Hollywood. Her beauty was incomparable. Though she has taken retirement from acting, she is still a very active person in various charity events and works tirelessly for animals rights. She is a cancer survivor and had attempted suicide once long back. Maybe the chemotherapy used for cancer treatment made her look haggard but we're glad she is still contributing to wonderful and relevant advocacies despite her age.

Kelly Osbourne - Drug Abuse

The Osbournes are notorious for various reasons - having wild parties is just one of them. Kelly Osbourne is the daughter of previous Black Sabbath front man Ozzy Osbourne. She got addicted to prescription drugs when she had a surgery to remove her tonsil. On top of that, she was also under a lot of stress when she discovered that her mother was battling with cancer. When the addiction went out of hand, she went to a rehab, but she had already put on a lot of weight and her face had changed for the worse. We hope she can turn over a new leaf soon enough!

Katie Holmes - Rumored Drug Addiction

Once known for her girl-next-door look and prettiness, Katie Holmes doesn't look the same anymore. Exactly what is the reason behind this is debatable. But, most of her fans have noticed that her downfall started after her divorce with Tom Cruise. Maybe the stress of divorce was too much to handle. There have been rumors of a sleep disorder and drug addiction, too. Whatever it is, we truly want her to look like before. All she needs is a good diet, fitness instructor, and a healthy lifestyle!

Amy Winehouse - Alcoholism

Amy Winehouse was a powerhouse of talent who died an untimely death at the age of only 27. Early fame and an impressive bank account often encourages celebrities to be reckless, leading them to choose the wrong path in their careers. Though Amy had lot of potential, her addiction to drug and alcohol ruined her life. Though she went to rehab and sought therapy, it didn't help. Before her death, she looked terrible, all thanks to her addiction.

Janet Jackson - Extra  Weight

The 80s Janet Jackson was slim, hot, and beautiful. But that was all in the past. The brilliant singer, who has entertained us for decades now and has a net worth of $175 million, seems to have gained some weight over the years. The talented singer from the Jackson family showed the world that she didn't need her brother's support in order to gain stardom. She was a star in her own right. The Queen of Pop looks a bit different with a few extra pounds on her. However, we hope she gets rid of them soon and goes back to being hot and gorgeous like before.

Kathleen Turner - Alcoholism

Kathleen Turner will always be known fondly for her performance in Body Heat. The feminine beauty had many adoring fans. However, it was a health issue that drove her to drug and alcoholism. Rheumatoid arthritis was the culprit here. The pain was so unbearable that Kathleen turned to alcohol to numb it all. But, the moment she understood how she was becoming dependent on prescription drugs and alcohol, she went to rehab. We are sure a healthy lifestyle, a light fitness routine, and a nutritious diet will help her get back to normal.

Kimberly Anne Scott - Substance Abuse

Ex-wife of famous rapper Eminem, Kimberly Anne Scott, is also the mother of Eminem’s daughter Hailie Scott. Kim Scott had an on and off relation with Eminem. Close friends described them as a couple in genuine love but always having conflicts. Apparently, the two met when both were teenagers. They married, got divorced, got married again and went through another divorce. Imagine, the amount of money spent on divorce attorneys. Kim fought substance abuse for a long time. In fact, her sister died of drug overdose. No wonder, her face aged before time.

Barbara Eden - Face Lift Surgery

It is hard to forget Barbara Eden of I Dream Of Jeannie. Her enthusiasm and charm touched the audiences everywhere. Despite great success in her profession, her personal life has not been too good. She went under lot of stress with her two divorces and her only son's death. She had a complete nervous breakdown which, of course, her health insurance covered. She struggled for a few days but came back to a normal life after a successful treatment. She went under knife in order to look younger. But her face lift surgery has somehow made her look very artificial.

Caitlyn (Bruce) Jenner - Gender Change

Olympic gold medalist Bruce Jenner has been in the spotlight for several reasons. He came out of the closet and declared that he was a trans woman in April 2015. Several cosmetic surgeries and hormone injections later, Bruce's transition to Caitlyn Jenner was finally complete. She is also the father of models Kendall and Kylie Jenner from her marriage to Kris Jenner. At present, she is the most celebrated face in the LGBT community. We hope she makes good use of her finances and secure great investments for her future aside from plastic surgeries.

Tara Reid - Cosmetic Surgery Gone Wrong

We know Tara Reid from her performances in American Pie, and The Big Lebowski. The blonde bombshell did confess that she underwent surgery, however, it hadn't been as successful as she had hoped. Something went wrong in her liposuction procedure, and she had to have another surgery to correct the previous botched surgery. Incidentally, she has been losing weight lately, and there have been speculations that it might be some eating disorder. But the actress has denied it.

Macaulay Culkin - Substance Abuse

The superhit movie from the 90s Home Alone made Macaulay Culkin a household name. Everybody was charmed by the little boy who acted like a pro. The now 37-year-old actor certainly had impressive amounts in his bank account from a young age. But he definitely didn't know where to spend his money apart from drugs and alcohol. He took retirement from acting at the age of 14, but, of course, he came back later and has been active since then. However, his sunken cheekbones, grey beard, and unkempt appearance make him look a lot more aged than he is in real life.

Matthew Perry -  Substance Abuse

Who can ever forget the iconic Chandler Bing in the immensely successful series Friends? Unfortunately, Matthew had a long history of substance abuse whose efforts in getting better while in rehab were met with failure. He also put on a lot of weight in all these years. The extra pounds and the drug abuse have not been kind to him, and it clearly shows on his face. We hope his financial planning advisor has some investments elsewhere for him so that he never runs out of money for his treatment and therapy.

Clint Eastwood - Old Age

Legendary actor Clint Eastwood has had a great, fulfilling life. He has a net worth of $375 million and must have several investments that we do not know about. Though looks very old, he is happy with his life so far and admits it openly. What is the secret to his long life? Maybe not having any addiction! Despite his iconic look with a cigar dangling from his lips, Eastwood is a non-smoker.

Kelly McGillis - Addiction To Smoking

Remember the heroine opposite Tom Cruise in Top Gun? It was none other than Kelly McGillis. If you are surprised to see her transformation after so many years, so are we! Once, she was an attractive Hollywood diva. But due to her addiction to smoking, she has aged faster than her peer group. Her double chin, and grey hairs will probably make her a no-match for Tom Cruise now.

Michael Jackson - Addiction To Prescription Drugs

The King of Pop won every music lover's heart with hits like "Billy Jean", "Thriller", and "Beat It". But, he himself was probably under lot of stress, anxiety or depression with all the attention and fame he was getting at the height of his career, not to mention the various disturbing controversies associated with him. Perhaps, all these were the reason why he took prescription drugs, which, instead of helping him, led to his addiction. Apart from that, he also underwent tons of plastic surgeries. In 2009, he passed away due to drug overdose as the world stared in disbelief!

Demi Moore - Substance Abuse

Demi Moore will always be remembered for her petite, gorgeous self. It is hard to believe that this actress would age horribly. But sadly enough, she did. Her divorce with Ashton Kutcher didn't go too well. Whether it was out of emotional stress or some rumored substance abuse, we may never know what caused her to age this way. She even had to to stay in a hospital for a while to recuperate. A little bit of personal care and fitness in her every day routine may help her get back to normalcy. We do miss watching her in the silver screen!

Pierce Brosnan - Heartbreak

Pierce Brosnan has always wowed us with his dapper looks. His portrayal of James Bond as a maverick, dashing investigator was more than convincing. However, his good looks started dwindling a few years back. It was easy to spot a bulging tummy and untrimmed beard. As far as we know, it was extreme sorrow that led him to age faster than usual. He had lost his wife of 11 years to ovarian cancer years ago, and in 2013, he lost his daughter to the same disease. We are glad that a bit of weight loss, diet, and a fitness routine got him back in shape.

Li'l   Kim - Plastic Surgery

Li'l Kim is certainly not little anymore. She has gained a considerable amount of weight over the years. Also, she has become a fan of plastic surgery as soon as she started raking in big bucks to her bank. Instead of making future investments, she spent it all on altering her natural face and body. Her face looks quite unnatural now, and it is hard to believe that she is spending so much to look like that.

Teri Hatcher - Botox Treatment

It is natural in tinsel town to deny allegations of cosmetic surgery and Botox treatments. After all, every one likes to think that they are naturally beautiful even when they have aged. Teri Hatcher of The Desperate Housewives fame has been denying her rumored Botox treatment for while now. To prove herself, she has gone as far as posting a picture of herself after a shower on Facebook. With sans make-up in the picture, she truly does look like she has aged naturally , much like the women her age. Whatever the truth is, we hope she follows a nutritious diet and a fitness routine fit for her age. This is the best way to beat the age-related blues!

Shannen Doherty - Cancer Survivor

Shannen Doharty's most memorable performances were in Charmed and Beverly Hills 90210. Shannen entered the industry when she was still quite young and made a name for herself quite quickly. Since then, she became part of various TV soaps and serials. Later on, she was part of a few reality shows as well. Shannen was known as the typical "bad girl" of Hollywood. From getting in trouble in sets to being a difficult person to deal with paired with various legal issues have always kept her in the media frenzy. She had health issues for quite a long time now. In 2015 she admitted that she had cancer that had spread to her lymph nodes. However, after a prolonged treatment, she declared, last year, that she has survived the deadly disease. Thankfully, years of working in the industry had helped her amass quite a big amount in her bank account.

Barbra Streisand - Natural Aging

Phenomenal singer Barbra Streisand has two Oscars, ten Grammy awards, one Tony, and one Emmy under her belt. At 75, she looks old with a receding hairline, wrinkles on her face, and a heavier body. She is one of those few people in the industry who believes in aging naturally. According to her, cosmetic surgery and Botox injections are not for her. With a huge bank balance, she can easily hire a personal trainer, nutritionist as well as financial planning advisor to help her in targeting the woes of aging.

Carrot Top - Face Lift Surgery

Scott Thompson or Carrot Top (as he is known for his bright red curly hair), is famous for his comedy shows in Las Vegas which has been a constant for more than two decades now. However, this 52 year-old comedian's signature red hair is the only feature that has not changed regarding his looks. Though most celebrities who are featured in this list are here for their botched cosmetic surgeries, it is hard to tell whether it is the same with Carrot Top. Though there are obvious changes with the way he looks, we can still see a glimmer of his old self so maybe his surgeries weren't unsuccessful at all!

Meg Ryan - Cosmetic Surgery

Here is another champion of natural aging - Meg Ryan. The actress, whom we loved in Sleepless In Seattle, When Harry Met Sally, and French Kiss, started her career while she was still in college. Though her credit score improved, she never completed her education, and instead, concentrated fully on acting. Despite her love for all things natural, her 2016 appearance at Tony Awards started with rumors that she has undergone cosmetic surgery in order to look younger. Though we can't confirm this, it sure did look that Meg Ryan looks a tad different.

Carrie Fisher - Drug Abuse

Princess Leia from the Star Wars franchise may probably remain Carrie Fisher's most memorable performance. Unlike other celebrities who remain mum on their addiction problems, the late actress had openly confessed to the media about her battles with drug and alcohol addiction. The complications that led to her death may have been rooted to her years of cocaine addiction but we can only speculate on this matter.

Oscar winner Liza Minnelli was always subject to media attention. Daughter of renowned actress Judy Garland, Liza wowed audiences the most with her performance in Cabaret. Her mother's death left her emotionally stressed, causing a massive breakdown and prompted her to take medication. Her highly made up face has lost the charm that wowed the world decades earlier. Sophia is candid about her cosmetic surgery history. She has confessed that she had a rhinoplasty, popularly known as nose job, at a very young age. She also went under the knife as her lips felt too big. All she needs now is a fitness trainer and a financial planning advisor in her old age.

Joan Rivers - Addiction To Cosmetic Surgery

Joan Rivers got her first rhinoplasty surgery done when she was still in her college. Wonder where she got the money in her bank account? When most people struggle to get a decent credit score, Joan got her nose altered. It was the first but definitely not the last. A series of various kinds of surgery followed over the years. Being a great human being and a comedian, she often made fun of her addiction to cosmetic surgery. She also suffered from Bulimia Nervosa that started when she embarked on her weight loss journey. Her sudden death in 2014 was due to a minor surgery - she went on a coma and never woke up again. If she hadn't been addicted to cosmetic surgery, perhaps she may have lived longer.

Cayetana James Fitz-Stuart - Plastic Surgeries

Cayetana was nothing short of a celebrity in Spain. She was the Duchess of Alba - one of the most powerful women in Spain. Her countrymen loved her for her flamboyant attitude and spontaneity. To look young and stunning are a must for most royals, and in order to maintain her youth, Cayetana often took help of plastic surgeries. Looking at her before and after pictures, we think she should have called her attorneys to sue the doctors who worked on her face!

Amanda Lepore - Plastic Surgery Addict

Amanda Lepore is a well-known transgender celebrity. She underwent surgery to change her gender when she was just 17. In her career, she has done modelling, acting, and singing (she even came out with her own album in 2011). However, it is quite clear, when you look at her, that most of it looks artificial.

Val Kilmer - Cancer Survivor

Val Kilmer was an 80s icon whose good looks won him a multitude of fans around the globe. However, his drastic change in appearance at the age of 55 made his fans wonder what might be the reason behind this. It seemed that Van didn't bother about his personal wellness and had gained a lot of weight; he also looked quite unkempt. Amidst several rumors that he was suffering from cancer, Van Kilmer initially denied this, but only last year did he finally admit the truth. Kilmer was indeed suffering from throat cancer.

Chevy Chase - Cocaine Addiction and Alcoholism

Comedian Chevy Chase is next in our list. You may have seen him in Saturday Night Live, and National Lampoon. Unlike Van Kilmer, he was never a stud, yet his looks still did gain him adoring fans. However, he is almost unrecognizable now. His receding hairline, bulging belly, and double chin are all noticeable. Aging must have caught up with him quicker due to his cocaine and alcohol addiction. We hear he has been in  and out of rehab several times in his lifetime. Thankfully, he is still working and has not taken retirement. Otherwise, it would have been difficult for him to keep his bank accounts full.

Sharon Stone – Brain Stroke

Even before she reached 50, Sharon Stone suffered from a massive brain stroke that made her unable to walk or talk. The Basic Instinct star looks stunning. With a good diet and personal fitness trainer, she could go back to a life of normalcy.

Renee Zellweger –  Plastic Surgery

Known for her roles in Bridget Jones's Diary, Me, Myself, and Irene, and Miss Potter, Zellweger has been a successful actress with various accolades under her belt. The world loved the vivacious and vibrant actress who was known more for her acting prowess than her diva-like looks. She took a semi-retirement back in 2010 and was missing in action for six long years. When she was spotted in 2014, she was unrecognizable. She didn’t deny being under the knife and also added that everyone does that when they get old, establishing cosmetic surgery as the best anti-aging tactics of Hollywood stars.

Gene Simmons –Extra Pounds

With a net worth of $300 million, musician Gene Simmons has little to worry about in terms of getting a bankruptcy attorney ever or being thrifty about his banking habits. Also, unlike other rock singers, Gene never had to go into a rehabilitation center so that must have saved him a lot. The legendary singer is known for being the frontman in the rock band Kiss. However, at 68, he has lost his earlier personality and looks. But he seems to be happy - a wealthy, happy has-been at that.

Mick Jagger – Drug Addiction

The founding member of The Rolling Stones needs little introduction. His career spans over five decades, and his success is legendary. The singer took up economics in college and went to study at London School Of Economics. However, his passion for music took over, and he dropped out of college later on. From having a net worth of $360 million, establishing a highly successful career, and becoming great-grandfather, Mick Jagger has had a great life so far. His addiction to drugs is well-known. He never went to a rehab though. Hence, his face bears the brunt of his addiction.

Rachel Zoe – Cosmetic Surgery

The famous stylist doesn’t look like her old self anymore. However, her fans are not complaining. Her cosmetic surgery has been quite successful it seems. In fact, she had lines all around her face before she went under the knife. The best thing about her face job is that she doesn’t look stiff like an inanimate object unlike her peers. Well, a fat bank account has ensured she got the best doctor in town for sure.

Lisa Kelly – Drug Intoxication

Lisa Kelly was the gorgeous actress best known for her role in That 70’s Show. Unfortunately, she died in 2013 from a drug intoxication soon after she entered a rehab. Before that, she had been in the news several times for all the wrong reasons. DUI, felony, assault – the charges were many. She had kept her lawyers and attorneys very busy. Before her death, her looks had considerably deteriorated because of her addiction to drugs and alcohol.

Richard Dean Anderson – Extra Pounds

Richard Dean Anderson is a TV and film actor who started his career with the well-known TV series General Hospital, and later, MacGyver. He also has a few noteworthy films under his belt. Ever since he acted in Stargate, he has declined offers to act in any other movie. The MacGyver star was known to be a stud in his youth. However, at 68, Richard has undergone a sea of change. Gone is his lean muscular body, dirty blonde hair, and sharp, intelligent face. Maybe it is time for some fad diet and fitness program for this aging actor.

Axl Rose - Weight Gain

It was with Axl Rose, the lead singer of Guns N'Roses, Slash had a fall out with. Despite their differences in opinions, Axl Rose and Slash do share similarities when it came to the fate of their health. Like Slash, Axl Rose gained a lot of weight over the years since the band split up. However, Axl Rose had put on a extra weight due to health issues, though we can't confirm what these health issues are. Rosie O’ Donnell is a well-known comedian, actress, TV personality, as well as an activist who fights for the rights of the LGBT community. Her last relationship was with Antonio Banderas with whom she got a divorce with in 2015. He had undergone several plastic surgeries to correct his face, but they have made his face look quite unnatural.

Mariah Carey –Mental Stress

Mariah Carey recently came out and told the world about her struggle with bipolar disorder for the last 17 years. She had suffered a mental breakdown back in 2000/2001 which led to a short hiatus. But the singer soon revived her career, and her songs were topping music charts yet again. She went through a divorce three times which must have been stressful as well. Despite a superb career, it is sad to see the beautiful singer mentally stressed out. Surely, her bank account allows her to get the best treatments out there to help her.

Dennis Rodman - Alcoholism

NBA star Dennis Rodman has struggled with alcoholism for a long time. Though he went to rehab and sought help, his addiction proved to be difficult to overcome. In fact, his financial planning advisor had admitted that it was Rodman's inability to get rid of alcohol that left him without a job. He also had a few legal issues including DUI charges, though thankfully, his lawyers got him out of those situations. Too many piercings, tattoos, and a few extra pounds has made him completely unrecognizable from his former self.

Iggy Pop – Drug Addiction

Iggy Pop was often called The Godfather Of Punk. Back in the days, his shirtless performances on stage used to draw quite a lot of crowd. His outrageous stage antics were often the surprise element in his performances, making his concerts unforgettable. Not anymore though. The star has aged, and to see his shirtless body with his veins popping out might draw the wrong kind of attention. At the peak of his career, he was a drug addict, though he is strongly against anyone doing drugs now. Though he rarely went to a rehabilitation center, he seems to be clean these days.

Jocelyn Wildenstein - Cosmetic Surgery Addiction

Here is another Hollywood celebrity addicted to cosmetic surgery. Swiss-born American socialite Jocelyn Wildenstein has undergone so many surgeries that we seem to have forgotten how exactly she looked before she started altering her natural features. Luke Perry – Naturally Aged

Once upon a time, Luke Perry used to have girls swoon over him, but that's not the case anymore. This Beverly Hills 90210 star has aged towards a direction that no one expected. He was the quintessential bad boy and that made him even more attractive. It is sad to see how he has aged over the years though. Despite this, he hasn't let age get in the way of his productivity in tinsel town. He has acted in several other ventures, and even wrote scripts and produced, too. He is on a new project now, and we're glad his investments are in the right place.

Burt Reynolds - Prescription Drug Addiction

Veteran American actor Burt Reynolds stole many hearts when he was young and dapper. However, as he became older, he opted to undergo surgery in order to look better. Many more followed, and soon, his face looked rather artificial and stiff. He also admitted to a prescription drug addiction for which he went to rehab a couple of times as well. With the effects of several plastic surgeries and drug addiction clearly etched on his face, Burt is far from his once handsome self.

Amanda Bynes - Drug Addiction

The sweet, tomboyish Hollywood heroine and singer Amanda Bynes doesn't look like herself anymore. Ever since her disappearance in the Hollywood scene, several photos of the She's the Man star surfaced, showing a much different Amanda than before. The wealth she amassed during her early career allowed her to waste her life away. Instead of hiring a financial planning advisor to know where she can make great investments, she wasted the money by buying drugs. She has gone to rehab several times and has focused her time on fashion design, and we do sincerely hope she can pick herself up and make a comeback.

Jack Nicholson - Old Age

For someone like Jack Nicholson who has acted in and made films for over six decades, outward appearance might not mean much. But in the entertainment industry where the media is following you 24/7, it is necessary. Nicholson was extremely popular especially among his female fans in his initial years. However, age has not treated him too kindly, it seems. There have been rumors that a cocaine addiction was partly responsible for his deteriorating health and looks, but Nicholson has not commented on it.

Whitney Houston - Drug Addiction

One of the most talented singers the music industry has ever seen, Whitney Houston had a lot of potential and might have done much more if she didn't die at the age of only 48. Judd Nelson – Natural Aging

Breakfast Club is a classic teen movie noteworthy for giving birth to several eighties icons. Judd Nelson was definitely one of them, and many girls swooned over this handsome stud back then. Now, though, he is a far cry from the once desirable delinquent John Bender in the movie. His spiky hair, and long beard – two features that definitely makes him stand out in the crowd but doesn’t make him look good. Wonder what he does with his money that he made over the years! Maybe he has big investments, but that doesn't mean he can't use a bit for personal care and keep himself looking good, right?

Daniella Westbrook - Extreme Cocaine Addiction

Daniella Westbrook is a British TV actress who also took part in several reality shows. But her career didn't put her in the media spotlight; she will go down in history for her extreme cocaine addiction over several years. Her addiction caused the total erosion of her nasal septum, and altered her appearance drastically. However, we are glad that she has gone clean ever since and is doing quite well. A good diet, fitness regimen, and help from rehab might have helped her get back to normalcy.

Britney Spears - Substance Abuse

Britney Spears debuted as a singer when she was still in her teens. Perhaps the sudden fame and fortune got to her head and put her under a lot of pressure. Her lowest point had been fighting for custody of her child in court which must have been emotionally and physically exhausting. With a cumbersome burden weighing her done, she finally cracked and her substance abuse addiction blew out of proportion and resulted to a total breakdown in 2007. Despite going through a lot, Britney decided to turn over a new leaf and went to rehab. Thankfully, she was able to recover well, and was back on track in trying to live a healthier lifestyle through proper diet and a fitness routine. We're absolutely happy for her!

Though his unique appearance and dress style alone have garnered him enough attention, Manson has been in the spotlight due to the many controversies he has been in. Many of these were legal issues, thankfully his lawyers pulled him out of those troubles. Close to 5o now, Marilyn Manson looks old, haggard, and nowhere close to a pop icon. His love for drugs is well-known, and he wouldn't even go to a rehabilitation center to get clean. We sure hope he turns over a new leaf soon.

Drew Barrymore - Aging Naturally

Drew Barrymore is one of those few people in Hollywood who believes in aging naturally and fearlessly. She loves how the experience has made her smarter over the years. Her clothing line, Dear Drew, is a testimonial to her life principles. Plastic surgery is not her thing when it comes to anti-aging tactics, and she has planned to depend on lotions instead. However, it is time to bring out those lotions and potions we say, as we can see her face with the telltale signs of aging.

Mark Hamill - Accident

Who can ever forget Luke Skywalker from the Star Wars trilogy? He has acted in several other movies and lent his voice to animated characters as well. However, a few years back, his facial features seemed distorted. Unfortunately, Mark Hamill was in a car accident. He missed his exit and tried to handle four lanes of traffic in order to get to it. The result was a horrific accident. He had to undergo surgery that lasted for seven hours. Thankfully, he was at the peak of his career and had a good health insurance. He still bears the scar from the accident and that makes him look a bit too old than he is.

Hayden Christensen - Age-Related Problems

Hayden Christensen, who played Anakin Skywalker in the Star Wars franchise, apparently took retirement from the glitz and glamour of Hollywood quite early on. He wanted an idyllic life and chose to live in a farm instead. However, he is back from his early retirement, it seems and is quite active these days. His looks have altered definitely, and he doesn't look like before. Perhaps living in a farm encouraged him to look more rugged, but we feel it is nothing but problems related to age.

Edward Furlong came into prominence with his role in Terminator 2, acting alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton. However, early fame and lots of money messed up Edward Furlong's life. At an age when most Americans went to colleges, Edward got involved with women, dealt in drugs, and got addicted to it as well. Neither could he complete his education nor did he made a name for himself in the world of entertainment after making one bad decision after another. He got small roles in TV shows but never had any big projects. He was forced into retirement at the age of 40. His habits have taken a toll on his health and he looks much older than he is.

Christina Aguilera - Pregnancy Weight

We all know how hard it is to lose pregnancy weight, and the celebrity who is finding it equally hard is Christina Aguilera. Fans, who adored her for a long time, were shocked to see the amount of weight she has put on. However, with the amount of money she has in her banks, we are sure she can easily hire a personal trainer, a nutritionist, and a chef to help her lose all her baby weight! She just needs to understand where to make the right investments!

Harrison Ford - Motor Accident

Another veteran from the Star Wars trilogy, Harrison Ford is well-known for several other iconic movie roles as well like the handsome archeology adventurer Indiana Jones. Though Hans Solo alone is legendary no doubt! After decades of acting, Harrison Ford was in a terrible accident at the sets of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.  He was almost crushed by a hydraulic door. We hear that to retain his youthful looks, he might have undergone plastic surgery. However, he looks quite old and wrinkled now. Maybe the plastic surgery didn't work out as expected.

Ellen Barkin - Face Fillers

Ellen Barkin seems to be in dire need of a financial planning advisor who can tell her that she needs to keep the money in her bank for her retirement instead of wasting it on Botox treatments and face fillers. Her face these days looks taut and unnatural. The radiance and glow of her youth are long gone. Clearly, the chemicals are bad for her face, and are not having quite the effect that she desires. Instead of making her look youthful, the surgery and treatment have made her face look stiff.

Joan Ann Varkey - Botched Cosmetic Surgery

The star from Knots Landing, Joan Van Ark went under the knife in order to restore her youthful looks. It is not uncommon for stars to do this as it is one of the most popular anti-aging tactics. However, a botched plastic surgery can make you wish that you never underwent the surgery at all. Joan Van Ark is the perfect example of a botched plastic surgery. Her highly made up face and painted eyebrows can't hide the imperfections of her plastic surgery. It is sad, but nothing can be done now.

A noted singer and guitarist, Peter Frampton is at 67 now. Age has marred his good looks, but we hear many more factors have played a part in making him look older than he is. After his first marriage ended in a divorce, Peter met  a terrible accident and sustained severe injuries. The pain was so unbearable that he got addicted to drugs. Maybe this drug addiction led to his quick aging. However, he seems to be quite loaded because despite not having any new projects, he is still managing quite good. Maybe Peter has some good investments that he had planned from before.

Mike Tyson - Personal Problems

Undoubtedly one of the greatest sportspeople of the century, Mike Tyson has had a brilliant career. However, he was not so lucky on the personal front. He was the youngest heavyweight boxing champion ever despite coming from a shady background. Before he was 13, he was arrested 38 times. Later, after a very successful stint, he had to go to prison for abusing an 18-year-old woman. Though his attorney tried his best, he couldn't save Tyson from prison. His turbulent personal life affected his finances, and he had to declare bankruptcy at one point of time. So much stress must have taken a toll on his health.

Mischa Burton - Alcohol Intoxication

At the age of just 32, Mischa Barton looks pretty old. Mischa is an actress both on TV and in film who rose to fame quite quickly with roles in The O.C., The Sixth Sense, and, Notting Hill, to name a few. However, her addiction to alcohol led to her arrest for DUI which resulted to a 36-month probation. After that, she was always in the news for some reason or another. In 2017, she was hospitalized, later explaining that she took a date rape drug. It is a shame to see how her once beautiful face looks like now.

Ozzy Osbourne - Heroin Addiction

It is easy to take one look at Black Sabbath front man Ozzy Osbourne's face and tell what has gone wrong. Years of leading life in the fast track, trying out all kinds of drugs available on the face of earth, and being addicted to heroin has taken their toll. He didn't even bother to get clean, and it was his horrible drug addiction that became one of the reasons why heavy metal band Black Sabbath split. Neither therapy, rehab centers, nor a fitness trainer couldn't help him stay sober for a while or encourage him to live a healthier lifestyle. We hope he has a good health insurance!

Goldie Hawn - Drug Addiction

The star of the 70s has proven her acting skills by winning not one but two Academy Awards. She is the mother to the beautiful actress Kate Hudson. For a greater part of her life, she has been in an abusive marriage with her manager Jack Gordon, and fortunately, she was able to escape him with the help of an expert divorce lawyer who made sure to sue Jack Gordon for abuse. The divorce worked out well for her life because now, she seems to be back in her own elements and has overcome the emotional stress of her previous marriage. But we're glad she's doing better than before!

Though he still has the energy to work and seems to still be far from retirement, the deep lines and wrinkles etched on his face don't look too flattering. If only he had taken a bit more care of his diet and fitness, he might have looked a lot better at 77!

Michael Douglas - Alcoholism And Tongue Cancer

Cancer has definitely taken a toll on Michael Douglas's health. The once dashing actor looks quite haggard and sickly. It is widely known that at the height of his career, Douglas had a very unhealthy lifestyle. He didn't take care of his diet and fitness and was highly addicted to smoking and alcohol. This might be the reason behind his having tongue cancer. Fighting cancer is not easy and it is clearly written all over his face these days!

Nick Nolte is a noted actor who has been nominated multiple times for his performances in several noteworthy movies. Apart from his acting prowess, Nolte has also had his fair share of modeling, having even once been voted as the hottest man in Hollywood. Unfortunately, he succumbed to alcoholism later in life, and even got arrested for DUI in 2002. After that incident, he went in rehab for drug and alcohol addiction. Though he may not look as handsome as he once was, he doesn't have any retirement plans yet.

She was the 'it' newcomer in Baywatch as Stephanie’s hot younger sister, Caroline Holden. From teenage boys to grown men, all had a crush on this voluptuous beauty. She enrolled in a rehab facility to get sober, and fortunately, she did overcome the hurdle that almost ruined her life.

Russell Crowe – Extreme Smoking Addiction

Academy Award winner Russell Crowe has made it clear several times that actors in Hollywood should act their age. He thinks Hollywood is not matured enough to handle aging issues. Well, maybe Crowe is speaking for himself as well. At 54, he has a double chin, and the day-old stub doesn’t look hot anymore! The reason behind his current physique could have been the after-effects of years of heavy smoking (he finally gave up the nasty habit in 2010).  Maybe like other tinsel town celebrities, Russell Crowe should undergo surgery or at least get in some anti-aging therapy!

Steven Tyler - Cosmetic Surgery

Steven Tyler is well-known as the lead singer of Aerosmith, an American hard rock band. With a net worth of $130 million, Steven Tyler never has to worry about his finances at all. Naturally, he had the money to make investments on his appearance. Rumor has it that he had nose job and might have had other surgeries, too, including a face lift and face fillers. Yet, these don't seem to have done much because he looks quite gaunt - all skin and bones! Steve has never confessed his love for surgery, but one look at his face and it is easy to guess!

Adriana Lima

Victoria's Secret Angel Adriana Lima has wowed her fans with her gorgeousness for years now. Her stunning face, fabulous pout, and greenish-blue eyes have got her fans' hearts racing. She has been the spokesperson for Maybelline cosmetics for years. But when it comes to posing without makeup, she does that with elan! Unlike her other colleagues from the modeling world, Lima has been able to stay away from addictions and never had to visit a rehab. Maybe that is the reason her skin glows the way it does!

Adele

Singer Adele has a stunning face, and her fans are in love with her signature winged liner. But what does she look like without makeup? The British singer is a big fan of makeup-free looks, completely unafraid to step out or post pictures with a bare face. And why shouldn't she? She is a confident woman who has reached the zenith of success all because of sheer hard work! Beauty is skin-deep after all. She teaches women around the world a lesson on beauty — that instead of concentrating on external beauty, we should take care of our health by concentrating on our fitness and diet.

Kylie Jenner

The women of the Jenner-Kardashian clan are some of the most followed celebrities on social media. After Kim, Kylie is the second-richest of them all. At 20, she already has a net worth of $20 million and also shares a daughter with Travis Scott. Controversies are never too far away from this family, it seems. According to several reports, Kylie had undergone surgery in order to correct her physical features. Though we don't know if those rumors are true, it is safe to say she looks gorgeous just as she is - sans makeup. Her freckles give her a more realistic and natural aura, and yet one can't deny how beautiful her eyes and lips are. We can't wait to see where her career takes her when she finally takes retirement.

Gwyneth Paltrow

Gwyneth Paltrow won an Oscar for her performance in Shakespeare In Love. She certainly doesn't need anyone to validate her looks whether with or without makeup. Yet, she has appeared bare-faced several times in front of the camera, and that says a lot about this actress. She was married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin. Though she had a string of high-profile romances with Hollywood's best before Chris, she was never married. However, the couple had a divorce in 2016. She is engaged to producer Brad Falchuk now. At 45, she might become a bride again, and her anti-aging methods are working fine, we say!

Thankfully, she has started a weight loss program with Weight Watchers, and we hope to see her back in her gorgeous avatar again very soon.

Wesley Snipes - Years In Prison

Eminent actor and martial art enthusiast Wesley Snipes will be remembered for his brilliant performances in movies like Mo' Better Blues and the Blade Trilogy. However, in 2006, he was charged with income tax evasion. Despite a grueling battle by his lawyers and attorneys, they couldn't save Wesley from prison and he had serve a sentence of three years in jail. The whole incident and three years in prison has made Wesley look haggard. Though he was financially stable and didn't go bankrupt, he was worried mentally - the lines on his face say so.

Geena Davis - Plastic Surgery

Hollywood actress Geena Davis has been in noteworthy movies like Thelma And Louise, Stuart Little, and The Long Kiss Goodnight. At 62, we can't yet detect wrinkles on her skin, and yet, there seems to be something wrong with her face. Now, whether it is a botched plastic surgery or the work of Botox injections, we do not know. The actress, who graduated with a degree in drama from New England College, has many awards and accolades under her belt. Aged or not, for Geena Davis retirement is still quite far off.

Janice Dickinson - Plastic Surgery Gone Wrong

As a model, Janice Dickinson was always very conscious of her figure and face. She needed to look stunning at any cost - whether she was only walking around and enjoying her day, or walking across the runway. This very thought led her to cosmetic surgery. She could easily afford going under the knife as even back in her early career, she earned a whopping $2000 a day. Most girls or boys her age were struggling to get better credit score when she probably needed a financial planning advisor. At 61, she still owns the perfect figure of a model, though her face is a different story. Though she has not admitted it yet, she looks to have undergone a plastic surgery gone wrong. We can't be sure of that, but what we do know is that the former model is fighting breast cancer.

Kirstie Alley - Addicted to Cocaine

Known for her performance in Cheers,  Kirstie Alley was never skinny. But in recent years, she lost and gained weight quite quickly. She has been a good actress who has received a lot of awards and accolades for her acting skills. But with fame came an addiction to cocaine and alcohol, too. Whether her face aged because of the addiction or anything else, we do not know. Finally, she went into rehab through a Scientology rehab center called Narconon. We hope she is doing well now and not planning retirement any time soon.

The Olsen Twins - Drug Abuse And Plastic Surgery

We all know the twins Mary-Kate and Ashley from the epic TV series Full House. Since then they have both taken their careers to different directions such as modeling and designing. Recently, they appeared together at the Met Gala ceremony all dressed up, but what fans mostly noticed was that despite their young age of 32, they looked older than they really should. We’re not sure what is the reason for their grown looks, maybe they should try other methods of anti-aging that will make them look like they’re 32 again.
